Chef Sam Pagan began his illustrious career at the early age of eight. Under the tutelage of his mother, he acquired the basic culinary skills necessary for a strong foundation. The basis of his cheesecake recipe was formed during his childhood and developed many years later in adult hood. His eight years of military service in the Navy also aided in his culinary development. Chef Sam was able to travel the world and experience different facets of food that expanded his culinary knowledge. From Italy to France to Spain, every country left an imprint on his culinary footprint.
Today, Chef Sam puts his talent and experience into his decadent cakes. From Death by Chocolate to a large variety of cheesecakes, all are delectable.
